About COOK

COOK is a pioneering frozen food company, since 1997 we’ve been making remarkable food for your freezer, prepared by hand at our Kitchens in Kent (savoury) and Somerset (puddings) using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. It means our food looks and tastes homemade maybe even a bit better.

We’re market leaders and (more importantly) our food tastes incredible. We have over 90 shops and a rapidly growing online business.

We’re independent (family-owned) and always will be because it allows us to do things the right way, not the fast way. We share 5% of our annual profits with staff.

The Role

Ensure that all deliveries received are checked and quantities are stored in a safe and appropriate manner.

Report all shortages through the relevant communication channels and ensure that stock is rotated.

Ensure that all stock is unloaded into the relevant department location.

Ensure that the Warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Good to have

Being able to work in a small team, communication is KEY.

Warehouse or Goods In experience preferred but full training given.

Experience of working with a stock management system, or some understanding of working on computers in a warehouse environment would be useful.

Experience of using a forklift or holder of a forklift licence would be great.
