Job description

Finishing Line Leader Rotation

 

Monday - Friday 2pm -10pm/ 6am-2pm

 

Attention to detail is paramount as you help create our remarkable products and ensure our customers receive the same exciting experience every time.  Each product must be dished to the same specification to maintain consistency.  It’s all about the presentation as you bring all the hard work from the other departments together and present them ready for our customers.

The Role

  • Oversee the Operation of In line Production process.
  • Ensure end of line final quality/ label checks are done.
  • Ensure that all heath and safety procedures are being adhered and followed by all your team members
  • Identify the trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement within your department, including tool changes to achieve the best performances from the departments kit. Manage and record the OEE within the packing department and then report on a regular basis.
  • Support your Leaders and team members by being an active part of the team, being willing to contribute, roll your sleeves up and work together to create a remarkable operation.

 

Good to Have

Being able to work in a small team, communication is KEY.

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in catering.

Proven experience of leading a team and working within an environment where attention to detail is at the forefront.

Experience of working on a finishing line would be the icing on the cake
