At COOK, we believe that technology should empower people, not frustrate them. From troubleshooting to project implementation, you’ll play a key role in keeping COOK running smoothly while embracing our values of fun, care, and family.
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide empathetic, efficient first and second-line IT support, ensuring technical issues are resolved with care and clarity.
Communicate effectively, making complex technical concepts easy for everyone to understand.
Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality IT services.
Driving Efficiency & Innovation
Proactively review IT processes, identifying improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
Manage and execute small to medium-sized IT projects, contributing to the evolution of our digital landscape.
Help maintain and develop an IT infrastructure that supports over 100 shops, 1,800+ team members, and 5 kitchen and distribution sites.
Being Part of the Family
Work collaboratively within the Digitech team, fostering a culture of support, learning, and growth.
Be adaptable, stepping up to provide additional onsite support when needed.
Participate in an on-call rota for weekend support (once trained), ensuring availability for urgent issues.
What We’re Looking For
A problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
Strong experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office/Office 365, desktops, laptops, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Wi-Fi).
Knowledge of Windows Server environments (2012-2022), VLANs, switching, routing, and security is a plus.
A strong communicator who can translate tech talk into people-friendly language.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as you’ll be supporting multiple sites.
Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites in Kent and, less frequently, nationwide.
