Location: Sittingbourne, Kent - COOK CLASSICS 

Hours: Sunday - Thursday  - Various Shifts 

Salary :  £12.60 - £15.79 depending on shift and experience

The Role

• Ensure all ingredients meet high-quality standards before use.
• Maintain portion control for every dish prepared.
• Support and report to the Sous Chef daily.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other sections and team members in a high-volume environment.

Good to Have

*       Previous experience as a chef.

*       NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).

*       Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
