Location: Sittingbourne COOK Classics Kitchens
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
Salary: £27,474.72

The Role
As a Team Leader in the Preparation Department, you will:
Lead, motivate, and support your team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Plan and allocate daily tasks, ensuring clear communication of targets and expectations.
Oversee product quality, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
Monitor and manage performance, coaching and developing individuals within the team.
Drive continuous improvement, implementing solutions to challenges and optimizing processes.
Ensure smooth communication between departments to maintain seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in food production or a similar environment is highly desirable.
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Catering or a related discipline is beneficial.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
