Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Salary:  £27,474.72

The Role

As a Team Leader in the Preparation Department, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and support your team to ensure high performance and productivity.

• Plan and allocate daily tasks, ensuring clear communication of targets and expectations.

• Oversee product quality, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.

• Monitor and manage performance, coaching and developing individuals within the team.

• Drive continuous improvement, implementing solutions to challenges and optimizing processes.

• Ensure smooth communication between departments to maintain seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Experience in food production or a similar environment is highly desirable.

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Catering or a related discipline is beneficial.

• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
