Production Team member -  MIX & WEIGH

Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm

Location: Cook Classics Kitchen – Sittingbourne

Pay: £26,208.00 per year (yes this include paid breaks)

The Role

*        Mix weigh and measure ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements 

*        Follow recipes closely and do a final check to ensure the next department has all elements of the dish.  Consistency is a must and therefore you must have a full understanding of our specifications.    

*        test samples of products to ensure compliance with specifications 

Good to Have 

*       NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in catering. 

*        Experience of working in food manufacturing, production would be an advantage  

Good to Have

*        Being able to work in a small team, communication is KEY.

*        Some experience necessary of working in a kitchen environment would be great.
