Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Flexibility required around production schedules)

The Role: Bringing Recipes to Life

As a Process Technologist, you’ll play a key role in making sure our recipes are not only delicious but can be scaled up for production—without losing the love and craft that makes COOK special.

Be Remarkable – Create Food That Wins in Taste

⭐ Work closely with the Food Team to ensure every recipe can be replicated on a larger scale, without compromise.

⭐ Track key details like yields, wastage, cooking times, and ingredient performance. ⭐ Present samples with confidence, ensuring recipes meet our high standards.

⭐ Update recipes and costings to keep everything running smoothly.

Care – Nurture Strong Relationships Across the Kitchen

Train and support Kitchen Teams, ensuring new recipes are understood and followed.

Work with department heads to perfect recipe specifications.
Manage ingredient stock carefully, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Monitor ingredient performance to maintain quality and consistency.
