Marketing Executive – Maternity Cover  

 

Location: Tonbridge / Sittingbourne / Hybrid  

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am -5pm  

Pay rate :  £29,500 - £30,000 (Paid Breaks) 

 

We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is a role where you’ll get to make a visible impact every week - from helping to craft the emails our customers look forward to, to building the buzz around our brand-new shop openings.

Your Team

 You’ll join a warm and collaborative marketing team that loves sharing ideas and celebrating success. Reporting into our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll have the support and guidance you need, but also the freedom to take real ownership of your projects.

You’ll also be working closely with colleagues in retail, design and external partners - so every day brings fresh opportunities to collaborate, problem-solve and deliver great work together. And when a new shop opens its doors, you’ll know you played a key role in making that launch a success.

 

The Role 

        Create moments that connect* – a critical part of the email team, you’ll help plan and send and weekly customer emails that feel fresh, engaging and true to our brand.

       Bring new shops to life* – coordinate the marketing activity that ensures every new shop launch is noticed, celebrated and loved by the local community.

       Keep the wheels turning* – stay on top of your own projects and deadlines, keeping the team updated so campaigns stay on track and nothing slips through the cracks. 

       Look ahead, learn and improve* – review email performance and share insights so we’re always evolving and raising the bar.

       Deliver campaigns with impact* – support the wider team in planning and rolling out campaigns that inspire customers to discover more.

 
 

Good to Have 

*        Email and Marketing Experience  

*        Experience in using Delta
