Hygiene Manager  

Location: Sittingbourne

Hours: Monday -Friday 8am -4.30pm we are a 24/7 operation so flexibility for this role is essential 

Pay rate :  £35,000 per year

Join Our Hygiene Team Help create our remarkable food by being part of our kitchen teams to maintain our high standards of Food Safety and Quality through excellent delivery of the hygiene requirement. 

Your Role: 

*   As a Hygiene Manager you will support, guide and motivate your team across all shifts, ensuring they have the understanding and capability to do their jobs safely and efficiently. 

*  You will lead the way with your focus on kitchen hygiene to support Safety and Food quality, while demonstrating and celebrating the Essential Ingredients that make our kitchens great places to work.

*   You will contribute to shaping and delivering the annual plan for the kitchens as well as meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Nice to Have 

*           COSHH Experience

*           Food Safety Level 3

*           HACCP - Level 3 

*           Experience of Managing a team of shifts

*           Budget Handling

Managing and prioritising workload of yourself and your team

Motivation and development of team members

Experience of automatic cleaning systems
