Duties
* Cutting, weighing, measuring ingredients according to provided instructions.
* Preparing meat, seafood, and poultry for cooking by cutting or grinding, as instructed.
* Preparing vegetables (You must be comfortable with using sharp knives)
* Cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
* Adhering to all food handling and safety regulations
* Performing other related duties as assigned.
Good to Have
* Experience as a chef or working in busy Kitchen
* NVQ level 1 and 2. (Or equivalent in catering) preferred but not required

£12 per hour - £11.60 for engagement period rate
