 Ideally a graduate in science, data, IT, Finance or similar. A Level minimum.

What You’ll Get Up To (aka: A Day in the Life

• Playing detective with data – collecting, cleaning, and making sense of it
• Spotting patterns, solving puzzles, and turning raw numbers into real business insights
• Creating dazzling dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Qlik Sense
• Helping teams see the bigger picture through data (and maybe a few colourful charts!)
• Keeping everything safe, secure and squeaky clean (data-wise!)
• Learning every day with the support of your COOK mentor and the awesome team at Baltic

What You Bring to the Table

• A curious brain and a love of problem-solving
• An eye for detail – you notice the small stuff that others might miss
• Some experience or interest in numbers, analytics or stats (school projects count!)
• Great communication skills – written, verbal, emoji-based… we're flexible
• Confident using a computer (spreadsheets are your new best friend!)
• GCSE Grade 5 (or above) in Maths & Grade 4 in English
